Virtual Visits


A virtual visit allows you to meet with your Family Doctor from the comfort of your own home, a service that is particularly important during the current COVID-19 Pandemic.

Our office is using the Medeo Virtual Care system to provide virtual visits to our patients.  


Medeo Virtual Care

Medeo offers a secure platform for virtual visits and for us to send you confidential medical information by email. If you schedule a virtual visit, you will receive a notification from Medeo Health before your visit date and time.

Please make sure to click the link to the platform in the email so that you can connect via Medeo with your doctor. Once you receive the email, the doctor will be waiting for you to join the virtual visit.


USING A LAPTOP OR DESKTOP:

If you are using a laptop or desktop computer to connect to Medeo Health (http://patient.medeohealth.com), please make sure it has either a built-in camera or a camera plugged in. You are not required to install any additional software. All you will need to do is click on a link in the email that you receive from Medeo Health.


USING A SMARTPHONE OR TABLET:

If you are using a smartphone or tablet to connect to Medeo Health, you will first need to download the Medeo Health app. It is recommended that you download the app ahead of time, so that you will be ready to start the virtual visit as soon as you receive the email link.
